The effect of muscular protraction exercises (PNF) to develop the flexibility and its' relationship with achievement for throw of disk Players

Abstract


The development of different athletics, divisional or individual games are result from continuous efforts to more comprehension include bases , rules and the concept of athletic training for increase the standard of training situation to reach the high standards , during the experience of researchers and their knowledge of previous researches , studies and Literatures that belong to this activity, they found ,there is weakness to throw of disk Players in the flexibility as well as, there is no concentration in the methods of training for the flexibility and the lack of trainings and exercises while, its' essential thing in the activity of throw of disk, so the researches prepared directed exercises to the situation of flexibility and develop it as well as the knowledge of the effect of exercise to develop achievement for throw of disk Players, they follow the experimental method because, its' suitable to aims and problem of the research,a sample of research have chosen by Intentional method and the style of one collection from the players of Diyala sport club and they are (4) players, the researchers used exercises to develop the muscular protraction and development of flexibility of the researched sample for Diyala sport club,a period of suggestive experimental method was (8) weeks and a number of the training units (40) training unit and in the rate of (30-40) minute to the essential part from training unit for the special preparation which done by the supervision of researchers and they dont' interfere in fulfilment a period of Warm up and the preparation or an remaining experimental method
