The Nature of personal characteristics of the teaching faculties of Physical Education in the southern region from the view of their students
Abstract
The research aims to identify the rature of personal characteristics, as well as to identify the differences in the personal characteristics of the teaching faculties of Physical Education in the southern region (Basra, Maysan, Thi Qar, Muthanna) from the viewpoint of their students, who numbered (225) students of the students of the fourth stage , and the percentage of the sample of the community overall (10.23%) note that the sample application's final questionnaire research included 140 students, has been used in this study, the descriptive approach his style screening for suitability nature of the research, have been identified (6) main axes initially to evaluate the characteristics of professors Physical Education, namely, (teaching performance _ cooperation with students and guiding them _ Personal Appearance classroom management _ personal qualities lesson planning). Data was collected by viewing the questionnaire on the students, and then conduct the experiment Expeditionary then finding scientific foundations in terms of constancy, and truthfulness, and objectivity of the questionnaire was also used statistical methods system (SPSS) to extract values, has been researcher concluded that the tasks entrusted to the teaching of physical education did not lead fully in most of them. And not having faculty members in Thi Qar and Muthanna sufficient experience to perform their duties of teaching.
