Abstract
The effectiveness of the long jump, one of the sporting events that you need to apply modern scientific methods, through the development of the science of sports training, which aim upgrading the player physical and functional capabilities through careful planning of the curriculum of training for the purpose of efficiency in the performance of all the requirements of the game development as it is Structural and dynamic process depends on the physical and physiological functions, chemical and psychological.
The research aims to identify the biomechanical and madder variables for the development of technical performance for the effectiveness of the long jump addition to knowing the impact of private power in some of these variables.
And the researcher used the experimental method is with the pre-test the same group and post identifies the research community long my players jump representing elected Faculty of Physical Education in Baghdad University of effectiveness (long jump) for the sports season (2013_2014) totaling (12) players have been chosen (8) players from the random way represent the percentage (66.57%) of the research community,, has ranged between the ages of players (19-22 years). As the most important conclusions the effectiveness of the use of special strength training achieved its goal to develop and improve the performance of sample individuals for the long jump. Singling sample also achieved a good starting angle and commensurate with the achievement of the required horizontal distance and significant differences between tribal and dimensional tests in skill performance tests and in favor of the post appeared. Research has shown the effectiveness of the use of special exercises power within the vocabulary of the proposed and developed training curriculum according a bio kinematic some variables in the technical performance of the effectiveness of the development of the long jump. Special Force exercises helped to single sample to focus on the correct process of linking the advancement of aviation and the steps and thus the evolution of upgrading angle (advancement) and angle of departure.
