Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of the use of Biometrics training method within a proposed training program on muscular capacity development of Civil Protection agents. Experimental sample was chosen composed of eight agents, whereas other eight agents were considered as a referred sample. These samples were intentionally chosen to represent research community.
In this current study we use the Experimental Approach because it is the most appropriate according to the nature of the research. Set of physical tests were chosen, they help discovering to what extent can Biometrics exercises on the muscular capacity development . Among these tests (medicine ball throwing from standing and sitting positions , and sitting position from lying 10 seconds, vertical jump of stability, broad jumps of stability)
Pretests-posttests were conducted before training program setting for the experimental sample as well as the usual program for the referred sample. The experimental sample had undergone a training program three times a week and in medium tension. Meanwhile the referred sample had practiced the usual program.
Data have been treated with the appropriate statistical manner; the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and T value of correlated samples were calculated. Improvement in most of the tests results of the experimental group has emerged. Arithmetic means in the pre-tests(medicine ball throwing from standing and sitting positions , and sitting position from lying 10 seconds, vertical jump of stability, broad jumps of stability) were reached as follows 6.18, 4.14, 9, 0.35, 2.07, respectively, while posttest results were as follows 7.38, 0.52, 11.75, 0.47, 2.40, respectively. The researchers concluded that the training program has an impact on the muscular capacity development
