Abstract
The aim of present study is to examine the impact of continuous monitoring for sport rehabilitation by using low intensity interval training style on control of rehabilitation adherence, functional and physical capacities, and quality of life for stable heart failure patients. However, subject of our study was chosen randomly from males and their ages around 45-55 years and their number 40 patients. Researchers used experimental approach to solve their problem of study, as well as the subject is divided into two equal groups in numbering (20) for experimental group and (20) for control group. Experimental group was trained under supervision of specialists but control group was trained without supervision of specialists. Pre-tests were achieved formally on first of November 2014 and post-tests were achieved on first of February 2015 in Dr. Ali Mohsen laboratory for pathology in Babylon city. The tests included functional and physical variables such cholesterol including (HDL, LDL), Vo2Max, Body max index, Heart rate, Minute ventilation, Oxygen exchange, hypertension and exercise capacity such 6Minute walking and quality of life. In conclusion, rehabilitation program by using low intensity interval training style under supervision of specialists continuously in cover halls affected on ratio of cholesterol including (HDL, LDL), Vo2Max, Body max index, Heart rate, Minute ventilation, Oxygen exchange, hypertension, exercise capacity, cardiac stress test, and quality of life. Indifferently, rehabilitation program by using low intensity interval training style without supervision of specialists resulted in no significant results because of patients couldn’t train continuously.
