Abstract


Study aimed to identify effect of multiple modes on learning and retaining the snatch performance for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science. Experimental method with design of two groups (experiment and control) was used and the number of students were (40) students, they divided into equal two groups then we determined the technical performance of snatch skill to do the pre tests. However, we prepared our program by depending on multiple modes for (8) weeks, one learning unit per week. Our study concluded that multiple modes result in increasing effective of learners and facilitate the process of learning in the lesson of physical education, and help to improve learning and retaining the technical performance of the snatch skill for the novice learners.
