تأثير التدخل السلوكي المعرفي في الاستثارة الانفعالية لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة
Abstract
The research problem is that the players are exposed to many stressful situations during physical training and competitions due to competitions pressure . The shortfall of guidance studies in the physical education field and rarity of experimental researches for cognitive and behavioral programs in volleyball are considered an important reason for the researchers to study this problem through constructing cognitive and behavioral program to run the emotional arousal of volleyball players to amend their behaviors and make them harmonious with the environment through changing negative ideas into positive ones and work on re-organizing the cognitive field as well as training on expressing feelings which lead to an emotional arousal that result in psychological stability of players, thus, the technical performance will be perfect and get the best results in competitions. The research objectives are identifying the emotional arousal of volleyball players and identifying the effect of the psychological guiding program through using the cognitive behavioral intervention to run the emotional arousal of volleyball players. The research hypothesis is that there is an positive effect of the psychological guiding program through using cognitive behavioral intervention on running the emotional arousal . Based on the results discussions, the two researchers concluded that volleyball players of Kufa university team have a moderate level of emotional arousal . The cognitive behavioral intervention program has a positive effect on improving the level of the emotional arousal of sample individuals. The two researchers recommend that the volleyball coaches should get use of trainings of cognitive and behavioral intervention proposed program since it aids the players to control their emotions. In addition, the researchers recommend conducting more researchers to identify the nature of such studies on other sports activities.
