Abstract
The objective of the research was to identify the role of the administrative governance of handball trainers and the extent of their application in their work. The sample of the research included handball trainers in Diyala Governorate (10). The researchers used the method The most important conclusions were: Administrative governance has an effective role in the work of administrators and trainers to reach the highest levels There has been a clear impact of human and administrative factors in the governance process of handball trainers The process of administrative governance for For handball trainers, the use of administrative methods such as (the personal experience of the trainer, the method ofconducting experiments, the method of studying opinions and proposals The most important recommendations are: Continuous attention by the trainers and emphasis on the role of administrative governance during their work in the final training or competitions Emphasize the attention to the administrative elements of the planning and decision that have to do with the administrative governance that affect them a strong relationship with the work done by the trainers and administrators emphasis on following Traditional methods of management, because traditional methods alone are not sufficient to achieve the objective and scientific method was not integrated to focus on quantitative aspects and neglect aspects behavioral aspects of administrative governance.
