Abstract
• Does the extra weight training affect some of the fitness and skill elements of the foot or not? The researcher sought to reveal the effect of training in additional weights in some elements of fitness and basic skills. The researcher used the experimental method with equal totals to solve a research problem. The same study was conducted by 24 young players from the football academy in Babil province. The researcher used an integrated training curriculum with added weights He concluded the following: 1. The weight training curriculum has a positive impact on the development of fitness elements (Explosive power, agility, transition speed, speed characteristic), 2. The training method using extra weights and 3% of body weight is a more positive development than training without using it in some basic skills of football (scoring, long scrolling, running the ball, side throw)
