Abstract


The current study aims at identifying the following:
1. The level of communication skills of physical education instructors and supervisors in the subjects of implementation and viewing and implementation from the point of view of implementers.
2. The significant differences of communication skills among physical education instructors and supervisors in terms of implementation.
3. The significant differences of communication skills among implementation supervisors and viewing and implementation supervisors.
The descriptive approach was used with survey study. The sample of the study included (91) male and female students from the fourth class and the fifth class in the departments and the college of physical education in the university of Mosul who are participants in the two subjects of Implementation and Viewing and Implementation
The two researchers depended on the scale of measuring communication skills of the athletic leader from the point of view of the members who designed the scale of (Allawi) for collecting data which were treated statistically by mean, standard deviation, (T) Test and percentage.
The two researchers reached at many findings the most important of which are the following:
1. There is a positive level of communication skills in the sample of the study a high level among physical education instructors and very high level among supervisors of Implementations and Viewing and Implementations.
2. There are no significant differences in communication skills between physical education instructors and supervisors of Implementation
3. There are no significant differences in communication skills of among supervisors of Implementation and Viewing and Implementation.
The two researchers also recommended to enhance the level of communication skills of physical education instructors and supervisors of Implementation and Viewing and Implementation through their participations in training courses, symposiums and conferences that are concerned in communication skills and physical education supervision.
