Abstract

1-Identify the differences in the degree of competitive behavior between the accepted mean of the scale and the responses of all the members of the research sample in general.
2-Identify the differences in the degree of competitive behavior between the teams of the University of Kirkuk in some of the different games (football, basketball, volleyball).
The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the current research. A sample was chosen in a deliberate manner. The number of players in the Kirkuk University of Games was 36. The measure of competitive behavior was implemented by Dorothy Harris 1984 And was Arabized by (Mohamed Hassan Allawi) , The number of paragraphs of the scale (20) paragraph (positive, negative) was applied. The scientific coefficients were applied on the scale and distributed to the research sample and statistical transactions were carried out using the statistical bag (sps)
The following conclusions:
1-the emergence of competitive behavior in the sample research in the game of football, volleyball and basketball.
2- The level of the degree of competitive behavior had an average and by default.
