تصورات المديرين في الشركات حول الإطار المفاهيمي لذكاء الأعمال - دراسة مسحية أولية
Abstract
The study aimed to know the perceptions of managers in companies about the conceptual frame for business intelligence, and to obtain this goal, it produced a number of research questions which was applied on a convenience sample of 50 managers who work in a number of companies the belong to different sectors. The questionnaire was used in collecting the data which was analyzed using redundancies and percentage, and formed in diagrams. The study reached to a group of results mainly that there is a big and clear need in the manager's education to the concept of business intelligence and the lack of knowledge of its conceptual form. The study produced a group of recommendations mainly the importance of increasing knowledge of the managers about the business intelligence through advertising the concept and using it in meetings and making training specialized courses with companies which produced the concept.
