Abstract

This study aimed to clarify how to gain advantage from the use of data warehouses techniques in storing data's related to costumers and collected from many sources and making it available to employees in all departments in a way to enhance decision-making related to management of customer relationship.
The study concluded that data warehouses is an effective technique due to its ability to store renewable data in fast and chronological order, and in a way to utilize this technique in a productive manner, both On- line Analytical Processing(OLAP) and Data Mining
