Le mariage et la violence conjugale à l’égard des femmes dans la pensée islamique

Abstract


Islam preserves the psychological balance of the human being in many ways. In this article we will see how Islam establishes the relationship between man and woman in the context of marriage. Islam gives great importance to family security, because the family is the most important social unit, it provides physical and psychological health of its members, and according to Islamic law "sharia" marriage is primarily a legal institution to set the social order, it sets the goals of marriage in the assurance of a legitimate offspring, and regulation of sex, it not only defines the rights of the husband over his wife, but also the rights of the woman on her husband. Islam considers women as a wife and mother. It educates and prepares the woman to his wife and mother role. At every wedding, a new family is based, each birth the family grows. Islam does not allow the man to attend free women, to protect his relationship with his wife, and does not allow women to attend men freely to protect her relationship with her husband. In Islam, man and his wife for each other exclusively. This is the only way to protect marriage against divorce, to avoid the destruction of the family and see the children grow up without knowing their father or mother.
