Sertakan nama dan alamat penerima surat. Jika surat itu tidak dikirim melalui e -mail, berikan istirahat dua garis dan sertakan informasi penerima informasi kontak tentang ruang kosong. Secara khusus, tempatkan masing -masing informasi ini dalam barisan terpisah:
Nama lengkap dan judul penerima surat
Nama organisasi dan perusahaan, jika
Alamat lengkap penerima surat (tambahkan dua atau lebih baris tambahan, sesuai kebutuhan)
Sertakan salam pembukaan. Berikan garis, lalu sertakan salam pembuka sebagai "sayang", yang diikuti oleh nama Anda sebagai penerima surat itu. Jika diinginkan, Anda dapat memasukkan nama lengkap, nama keluarga atau hanya nama depan. Jika perlu, sertakan juga salam atau judul resmi orang tersebut.
Jika Anda hanya tahu posisi orang di kantor, tetapi tidak tahu nama Anda, tulis: "Dear, Manajer Kesehatan:" atau frasa bernada yang sama. Namun, umumnya nama orang yang menempati posisi dapat dicari di internet, sehingga Anda dapat mencobanya terlebih dahulu.
