Abstract
internal variable and it is according to different psychology's schools which take it by study and research. The knowledge methods considering as important concepts in psychology science and this because of connecting with individual feeling and there behaviors in different situation, and the method of stability knowledge besides the polishing it is accounting as one of prominent methods which express on speed and accurate of responder in answering in learning. The important of this knowledge methods it come this research by prediction by dealing the person with information by it is thinking method, and responding for it and it is understanding and knowing as positive on level of understanding and learning for activity. And memorizing it and how to deal with it throw facing different life situation. When the learning and teaching program for learning 110 meters hurdles for students it not involve any individual difference which is between the students, which make researcher try to use these methods to learning operation on students because it give better opportunity for learning and it effect positively on understanding level for activity and how much the ability to recovery the pre information in application.
The research is aimed to the effect of teaching program as normal method for running 110 meters hurdles in learning the two groups of knowledge method (stability and polishing) also to know the significant difference between two tests the pre-test and post-test and in favor of the post-test . Also to know the significant difference between the two groups ( stability and polishing) for learning the skill of running 110 meters hurdles and the researcher was conclusion that the stability knowledge method is ( % ) and the polishing group is ( %) and also the polishing group have faster ability and more accurate in learning the activity 110 meters hurdles.
