Abstract


This research is aimed to develop training program for the instantaous moment taking into account the absolute angles of the volleyball player body parts when making vertical jumping while spiking, since they are the most important factors to ace the spiking skill, and to apprehend the effect of this training on some of the biomechanics variables of vertical jumping and spiking.
This research is conducting on the University of Kufa volleyball team. The tools used to capture the movement of the player was Casio-High Sped-Exilim camera with 1000 pic/sec. Dart fish and Kinovea software were used to analyzed the study parameters.
The study parameters were the instant and vertical pushing force in both static and movement cases which was measured using (Dina foot) devise after being fixed at the foot of the players, the efficiency of instant pushing force according to the ratio of the instantaous moment to the instant pushing force, the performance efficiency according to the ratio between the flying angle and the reduction in mechanical energy, and finally the accuracy of straight and diagonal spiking. Results shows positive improvement in instant pushing force in both cases (static and movement). It also showed significant improvement in the efficiency of instant pushing force, the player performance, and accuracy of the spiking.
