Abstract

Were identified target distances for all weights during training modules according to the target of legal tool for distance , The results showed that evolution incident to the variables of the starting Elkinmetekih ( cruising speed , angle of departure , high starting point ) and variable visual perception experimental group , which was the focus of the proposed training intensity through the distances target different weights led to integration in motor performance and came in line with what was achieved and thus get the best achievement of the control group , which rehearses the usual manner .
