Abstract
Objective of present study is to use a suggested training program and its effect on some of physical capacities and achievement of 100m for players aged (14-15) years. Researchers used an experimental approach because it is suitable to the nature of the study. 10 participants aged (14-15) years from specialist center of athletic talent care were selected to represent our subject of the study. Results of our study demonstrated a significant improvement in physical abilities such (explosive power, transition speed, maximum speed, and achievement of 100 m) in favor of post-tests where the results were respectively (5.62, 6.06, 7.12, 10.30). Researchers concluded that using suggested training program had a high impact in improving level of physical abilities for 100m activity.
