Abstract


The introduction and the research problem manifested the stages of human growth On the basis of which man future life .At this stage, the first personal situation is build , and through which the basic concepts consist .Additionally , the good planning of the educational and teaching process as requiring a comprehensive study of all of the child's physical, mental, motor and emotional aspects , where those aspects of growth overlap ,all of which affect other and affected by it. Perhaps capacity (cognitive - motor) is one of the most important aspects that specialists sought to study and and find out its levels. The study aimed to:
1. Find out the level of capacity (cognitive - motor) for school children in Babil province center of the age (16) years.
2. Determining standard levels of abilities (cognitive - motor) for school children in Babil province center of the age (16) years.
The researcher used descriptive method in the form of survey and comparative and normative studies to achieve the objectives of the study. The research also included community of primary school students aged 11 years old, male and female. After data collection, analysis and discussion, the researcher reached several conclusions, including:
1- Evaluating capacity (cognitive - motor), according to standard levels achieved by the research sample aim (diagnosis, correction, treatment, comparison, and guidance, selection, and development).
The researcher concluded several recommendations,
1-including the use of the samples and the levels concerned according to general evaluation of students, while initiating the process of developing educational programs and training plans in order to stand on the process of progress and development)
