Abstract
Education Mahaweel districtThe Effective administrative organization has a role in achieving the desired educational goals, which include the main aspects of improving the administrative work and follow up the administrative and technical aspects, health culture and educational qualities. Knowledge of the basic components that has a direct role with the students and health culture is important not only in terms of the physical aspects, The increasing understanding of the underlying relationship between behavior and health has led to major shifts in the level of awareness of athletes or students of the importance of caring for their health culture that most curricula do not confer confidence The health of the students is of no concern. Moreover, it does not cost a medical specialist to follow the health aspects and to check the students periodically. Therefore, the educational system implements the curriculum without any idea about the health culture of the students, resulting in many physical and functional injuries , The objective of the research is to identify the role of organizational management in building health culture. Students of Hilla College, University of Sports Department, imposed the researcher. Is there a healthy culture? Students of Hilla College, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the problem. The researcher used the statistical bag for social sciences (spss) for the academic year (2017-2018) and the total number of (70) students. For data processing, the percentage pouch, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the Spearman correlation coefficient, the ki square value (Ka 2) was used.
