Abstract

The research aims at building a proposed strategy for developing the educational and training environment among football junior players in Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the research objectives. The football coaches in Saudi Arabia represent the research community. The research sample has been selected in by random method, totaling. (78). Data collection tools and devices have been used to achieve the research objectives. Axes , items and expressions of the strategic analysis SWOT questionnaire for the educational environment and training in football ,which included (10) axes ,totaling (93) words, have been built and codified as well .After checking scientific parameters (validity – stability ) .The researcher applied the questionnaire on the basic research sample. Finally, the researchers concluded that there are a number of strengths and the opportunities in the educational and training environment among football junior players in Saudi Arabia, which must be used in the proposed strategic plan for development. There are a number of weaknesses and threats in the educational and training environment among football junior players in Saudi Arabia that must be overcome and find solutions for them. .It has also been reached for a proposal for a strategy to develop educational and training environment among football junior players in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The researcher recommended the importance to adopt each of the General Authority for sport in the Kingdom and the Saudi football Union , "the proposed strategy in this study" through the joint coordination between them to activate and apply them.
