Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the real role played by the supervisor in the development of leadership skills (skill of creativity, skill development, skill of influence in others, artistic skill). The research community of all teachers of physical education distributed in (48) secondary schools (169) (52 females, 117 males) in the Directorate of Education Baghdad Rusafa Third, where the problem of research in the extent of the supervisor's competence in the development of leadership skills of teachers of physical education, the researcher used descriptive analytical method and questionnaire tool to collect information, either statistical means (SPSS) , Center The results of the study showed that the supervisors exercised their leadership role to develop the leadership skills of the teachers of physical education with an average grade. Chapter 5 included the conclusions reached In the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: - Involvement supervisors in the specializations of physical education in special courses to develop their leadership skills, subjecting the supervisors of the competence of physical education to the tests of skill T leadership by special committees, as well as a study similar to the current study of other sports samples Kalmdrbin and heads of sports clubs .
