Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the international arbitration course of football through the participants in the course, define the positive aspects to promote them and diagnosis negative aspects for the course to put the scientific ways to treat them.
The researcher used the description method with survey style because it is convenient to the nature of research through using questionnaire as a mean to collect data. The main sample included the premium leagues referees whom they participate in the course their numbers are (24) referees for football season (2016- 2017). The sample of the research is consisted of football premium league referees their number are (20) with ratio 83% from the whole. The researcher depended on (arithmetic mean , and percentage) as statistic means to treat with data. The researcher reached to many conclusions to treat.
1) the highest positive ratio wa recorded in first paragraph updated information and the fourth paragraph, the role of the lecture in giving information with ratio (85%)
2) most answers were excellent in paragraphs, 14, 10, 9, 8, 0, 4, 3, 2, 1
3) Most Answers were very good in paragraph 16, 13, 12, 11, 7, 6
4) The highest negative ratio was in paragraph 15 with ratio (90%) excellent.
5) Most of the participants in the course affirmed the little of developing arbitration course for the premium league referees. The researcher recommended.
6) Repeat those course which help in developing the referees style specially premium leagues at least two times in a year.
7) Open similar course for the referees from second and third degree to give them all the information and modern trainings which help them
8) We look forward that all the paragraph to get excellent in international courses in the future.
