Abstract

Algerian organizations are suffering from the lack of protection systems adequately, as a result of the loss of information and processing mechanisms. This lack impedes the information exploitation that's required in R&D and decision making in the appropriate time, as well as their inability to control and adapt with the economic changes. For this, there is a lack in most of Algerian organizations of vigilance systems and economic intelligence. In this context, Algeria has taken several measures to support economic intelligence, including support for the use of information technology and support innovation, in addition to establishing a national information system as a source of information that support Algerian organizations, and a means of improving the companies' competitiveness in the international markets
