The term education refers to the act of transmitting knowledge from one generation to another, from the beginning of humanity as a group of human beings with the ability to pass their knowledge through successive generations, we can speak of a species with the intellect necessary and sufficient to allow its own growth.

Quality What is its meaning? We could define it as the way of being of a person or of a thing or of an institution. The obligation of those responsible for transmitting knowledge to current generations is to find a way for our students to find a way to accept the conditions that we as previous generations are currently imposing on them, whether consciously or unconsciously.

All of us in charge of transmitting knowledge from one generation to another are obliged to give our best effort so that future generations have a better chance to grow in better conditions both of themselves and their respective families.

In our continent we are used to that in each of the different nations, different considerations are valued in the respective education systems according to the nation that interests us at that moment, without considering that the educational quality should be exactly the same in all countries from our brother continent.

When we think about a quality performance we must think about how to evaluate that performance to know how far we are getting in our daily work. The human being is an animal of examples, we are accustomed to perform our daily life according to what we observe with respect to our peers in terms of their behavior, in order to develop our entire existence, not only yesterday but also our entire existence

Teachers are the most obliged to seek all ways to grow in our inner self in order to be able to help future generations to develop all their abilities to be able to grow culturally for their benefit and those close to them.

The obligation of educational institutions is to provide young students with enough weapons both quantitatively and qualitatively to be able to compete on equal terms with others involved in the same goal or purpose.

Within an educational institution the greatest responsibility lies with teachers in the sense of the transmission of knowledge of the different subjects that an educational level requires their students, however the main problem lies precisely in that we do not know what is the responsibility that corresponds to one of those involved in the educational work in our country.

Among the aspects that involve a quality education we can list a number of conditions that involve different aspects that refer to the same problem.

We can think of three aspects directly involved in this sense: the student's ability, the teacher's capacity and the institution's capacity. In these three aspects is summarized all the problems of educational quality in our country, and to the extent that we as teachers, change our way of thinking we will be able to raise our educational quality.

Who are involved in the educational task and we have not realized it, we can think of students, parents, unions, companies, society, state, nation, etc. ... etc...

It is generally thought that when the student fails in their subjects the fault lies in two possible aspects: the student himself or the teacher, however in most cases, we find that the problem is much more complex and we can not close our thinking in this sense.

The quality of education involves a series of factors that will allow us to develop our function in the best conditions for our students according to the capacities of each of the groups that we manage in an educational institution

Each educational institution will have its own needs, and although we can not generalize in our country, I think we should standardize criteria in that sense to be able to evaluate our own work in better conditions.

The educational system of our country has a moral obligation to enable our young people to obtain recognition in terms of studies carried out, according to each of the educational institutions that exist in our country.

The obligation of the education system in the countries of our Latin American continent is to provide an opportunity for young people of the current generations the possibility of preparing intellectually for their own improvement, although this is not enough to create a more just society or give us the possibility of get a more educated people in general.

Society is currently demanding a quality education in all aspects, although unfortunately in most cases the same society does not know what are the priority aspects to evaluate to be able to say that there is a quality education in our schools, that we are immersed in the educational work on many occasions we also do not know what are the concepts that we must monitor to be in a position to consider as a quality work to the work that takes place day after day in the school classrooms in support of students who ask us

Our education system is immersed in a changing society that requires a process of continuous reform in order to seek the best results for the benefit of young people, knowing that a good result in the educational process will be reflected throughout society of our country.
