New York police have busted two illegal parties over the weekend that were attended by more than 600 people, despite ongoing COVID restrictions.
More than 400 people were founded packed into a hall in the Bronx with no liquor license on Saturday night, including children.
Several hours later sheriffs found 225 people squashed into an underground bar in Queens, 수원풀싸롱 smoking hookah and not wearing masks.
The hosts of both events, as well the DJs and 인계동가라오케 bouncers working there, were arrested and charged with violations of the city's pandemic rules and health codes.
They could face fines of up to $15,000.
The parties are the latest in a string of illicit gatherings broken up by authorities in recent months.
Governor Andrew Cuomo's current New York City restrictions prevent indoor gatherings of more than ten people, to try and curb the rise of the virus.
