Những năm vừa rồi, công việc an toàn vệ sinh lao động-phòng chống cháy nổ ( atvslđ, pccn ) https://laodongviet.vn/chuyen-de-huan-luyen/trung-tam-huan-luyen-an-toan-lao-dong-trong-xay-dung-1699.html tại những cụm công nghiệp của các địa phương liên tục được các cấp ủy đảng, cơ quan quản lý dõi theo, tổ chức ít tiêu cực nghe theo nhằm tránh gây nguy hiểm lao động trong tiến trình làm việc , cam kết của cải, sự tăng trưởng, bền vững của công ty. Ngoài ra, chưa hết xảy đến các biến cố lao động, cháy nổ tại những công ty, tổ chức, tiềm tàng rủi ro không đủ an toàn. Bởi vậy, nhằm bảo vệ người làm công ăn lương, ngày 24/06/2016, chính quyền ban bố văn bản hướng dẫn số 44/2016/nđ-cp quy chế cụ thể vài vấn đề của luật an toàn , vệ sinh lao động về vận hành thao luyện an toàn , vệ sinh lao động chính thức chính thức hiệu lực từ 01/07/2016. Nền tảng theo yêu cầu giáo dục của cộng đồng doanh nghiệp, viện giáo dục & bồi dưỡng cán cơ quan có thẩm quyền khai giảng các lớp an toàn lao động theo văn bản số 44/2016/nđ-cp như sau :
