Aiden Fucci, 14, is currently charged with second level murder in Tristyn's death.
Sad news about Tristyn Bailey's death - Larizza will give an update on the case at 4 P.M. In the St. Court Building Johns. On Tuesday, his office initially announced that he would hold a press conference at 2:30 a.m., but decided to move him after consulting with the Bailey family and St. School District. Johns County.

"State lawyer RJ Larzza will conduct a press conference towards the end of the week regarding the murder of Tristyn Bailey. We appreciate the patience and support of family, friends, neighbors, and everyone who has followed this annoying case. We are in the final stage of our comprehensive review of our review Facts, circumstances and law. This is the intention of Mr. Larzza to overcome some questions / problems that emerge as a result of this brutal murder at that time. "
On Friday, a judge allowed FUCCI's original lawyer to withdraw from this case and teenagers will now be represented by the Office of Public Defenders.
Fucci was arrested on May 10 and the state lawyer's office had 21 days after his arrest to decide whether he had to be tried as an adult.
