Bulan Ramadhan, adalah waktu yang tepat bagi kami untuk membersihkan jiwa selama sebulan penuh, dari nafsu dan godaan selama puasa.

Tidak hanya itu, puasa sebenarnya bisa menjadi salah satu sarana bagi kita untuk merawat tubuh dari dalam dan luar. Saat puasa, makan asupan terbatas, ini dapat mencegah asupan makanan yang berlebihan dan tidak sehat.

Akibatnya, asupan makanan sehat akan mempengaruhi kondisi wajah dan tubuh. Tidak hanya itu, asupan makan sehat juga harus diseimbangkan dengan perawatan wajah reguler. Keduanya dapat membuat wajah terlihat lebih sehat dan bersinar selama bulan Ramadhan.

1. Hydrasi tubuh adalah yang utama

Saat puasa, dehidrasi sering terjadi. Jadi pastikan untuk minum banyak air setelah makan Sahur. Cobalah minum delapan gelas antara melanggar puasa dan Sahur, dan jangan lupa untuk menghindari minuman berkarbonasi dan kafein karena mereka juga dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi.

2. Perhatikan asupan Sahur dan pecahkan puasa

Selama puasa, cobalah untuk secara rutin mengkonsumsi makanan sehat yang sehat, dan hindari makanan tempel dan gula tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan iritasi pada kulit seperti jerawat. Selama bulan Ramadhan juga baik untuk menghindari makanan asin yang dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi.

3. Jangan ketinggalan perawatan wajah

Kaslan mengatakan keluhan terbesar pasiennya selama bulan Ramadhan adalah kulit kusam dan dehidrasi. "Sangat penting untuk fokus pada mengupas kulit lembut dan pelembab untuk mendapatkan cahaya terbaik. Untuk wajah, saya sarankan menggunakan Glycolat seminggu sekali," katanya.

4. Selalu gunakan tabir surya
