Motif Ukir Naga
Motif gesekan Jepara lainnya merupakan motif ukir naga. Naga adalah fauna mitologi yg jua dianggap menjadi simbol penguasa & dikenal pada semua global.
Motif ini jua masih ada dalam pintu bledek pada masjid Demak & acapkali jua diaplikasikan dalam gebyok, relief & lukisan suku Dayak. Motif ukir naga dalam gebyok ini jua poly diminati para pecinta seni ukir.
Motif Gunungan
Motif gunungan, motif daun, & motif tanaman yg poly tumbuh pada lebih kurang pegunungan & dataran tinggi sebagai motif berdasarkan gesekan Jepara yg poly dipakai.
Contohnya merupakan motif bentuk daun yg lancip meruncing ke atas seperti daun pandan & motif pohon kamboja yg sering tumbuh pada lebih kurang pekuburan. Motif gunungan ini jua bisa ditemukan dalam gesekan yg terdapat pada masjid Mantingan.
Motif Burung
Motif lainnya yg jua acapkali dipakai menjadi motif gesekan Jepara merupakan motif burung. Motif ini ditemukan dalam daun meja loka jahitan Kartini.
Motif burung jua terdapat dalam galat satu karya seni bingkai gesekan yg pernah dikirim Kartini dalam Pameran Nasional Karya Wanita (Nationale Tentoonstelling voor Vrownarbeid) tahun 1898. Langkah ini jua sebagai awal mula dikenalnya seni gesekan Jepara pada global internasional.
