Within the educational field it is essential to develop in teachers the ability to work collaboratively, as this will allow them to improve their work and at the same time help their classmates to improve their work in the classroom school and the means by which it can be carried out is the School Technical Council.

Collaborative work plays a fundamental role in education, since through this it can reach previously established purposes in order to achieve an educational improvement, so that the development of work will be essential. Due to this, it is important to consider interdisciplinary work as an opportunity to minimize efforts while optimizing results from the use of resources that are counted in this educational process and always being clear about the purpose to which it is intended. Purchasing essays

In order to develop this type of work, it is necessary to have the willingness to do it, as well as the attitude, as those involved must participate, as well as being able to respect the different contributions made and take the suggestions towards their own work as a opportunity for improvement and not as an aggression towards what has been done.

The educational environment is a feasible means for the development of this type of work, because in order to achieve the goals set either in the short or long term, it is necessary to have the participation of the main actors in the process, one of the most important are teachers, responsible for developing and implementing various strategies in order to provide their students with the learning established in the Plans and Programs of Study with the firm intention of training people capable of performing in the social and labor world, so that the work carried out in classrooms has a great importance and a weight of great responsibility.

It is from this and in support of the work that the teacher performs in the classrooms that the Technical School Council is formed, which is a consultative body created and regulated in compliance with Agreement 96 that establishes the organization and operation of primary schools to national level (Official Gazette of the Federation, 1982). This body has been created for the exchange and analysis of the teaching task within the specific context in which it is developed.

This collegiate that is integrated by the director and the entire teaching staff of each school, are responsible for planning and in turn execute common decisions directed so that the school in a unified way focuses on fulfilling them satisfactorily, so that These must be considered according to the needs of the students and the characteristics of the context in which they are intended to be developed with the intention that they can be satisfactorily fulfilled.

It is due to the diversity found in educational institutions that the School Technical Council finds its reason for being; It is the means by which those problems are exposed to which, as an institution, one is facing at a certain moment and in which the collegiate studies and from this it takes the necessary measures for its solution. Although it has an eminently academic purpose, the different circumstances and characteristics of the educational system allow the work and functions it performs to present different orientations in its operation according to the academic, social or other needs of the context. It should be noted that its functioning can be conceived as the school core, since it is from the activities that emerge from it that the educational aspect of the school is outlined

Being one of the few spaces in which the totality of teachers can meet is in them in which it takes advantage to evaluate the performance that is having and in case these results are not the most favorable consider the suggestions of the classmates so that the presented situation improves and can be overcome, this is where interdisciplinary work becomes essential, since the presented needs must be seen in an institutional manner and not only in a personal way, hence the importance of having the capacity as teachers first place to accept that you have a difficulty, to be able to express it before the collegiate and then accept the proposals that the referee gives in order to support the situation and especially to eradicate it.

Although it should be recognized that each school has a particular way of conceiving and working it; Sometimes this is influenced by the convergence of ideologies and beliefs that have their members, school dynamics is formed by personal contribution and relationships or the lack of them among the members that comprise it. The school environment is the medium in which these relationships can develop, being in contact with a great diversity of people although the way of relating depends to a large extent on the person's being, without a doubt there are those who are facilitated to integrate and participate in the different social groups and those who find it difficult to be part of them.

As a teacher, it is important to have this skill because, due to the functions it performs, it must learn to share strategies, materials, experiences, and activities with its peers that, based on what it has observed and put into practice, consider it feasible. that they implement in their classrooms to develop in their students learnings that allow them to perform.

Recognizing itself as part of an institution is that the problems presented or the goals set become part of one, so when considering this, it is sought that the work done contribute what is necessary for the solution or for the achievement of the established. It is then when in the Technical School Council what is presented becomes part of the whole collegiate regardless of degrees or groups and collaboratively seeks to work to be able to face different needs. Thus, the Technical Council represents the ideal center to promote continuous personal and institutional improvement. Considering that each teacher contributes consciously or unconsciously to school dynamics,

Vital should be to break with the isolation, individualism and competence so characteristic among teachers, and bet on the exchange, sharing (of ideas, resources, materials, strategies) and constructive criticism to enhance the work carried out within school classrooms focusing on the student being the only beneficiary in this way of working, leaving aside the individualisms that instead of helping to improve many times what they achieve is to limit the opportunity for improvement.

Far from betting on the establishment of collaborative work among teachers, allowing for joint reflection, discussion, identification of problems, experimentation of solution alternatives, and evaluation of them. The formation of teacher learning communities in which "new and experienced teachers come together in order to acquire new information, reconsider their previous knowledge and beliefs; build on their ideas and the ideas of others in order to improve practice and boost student learning "(Cochran-Smith and Lytle 2003 p.2242).

The needs will always be present and will be part of the educational task but what is really important is the way in which the teachers prepare, face them and give them a solution. It can be a heavy and tedious process to face it with an individualist attitude or rely on its collegiate so that the burden is lightened, because as partners share a goal is in the way of working that can be achieved or not, that is achieved in greater time and with greater effort or that can be reached in a feasible way and with the support and collaboration of the Technical Council.

A form of work is essential in which the strengths, whether intellectual, physical or emotional, that many possess can join to face with higher quality the challenges to which the school organization is subjected and thus make the educational effectiveness something real and not something dreamed of, succeeding in forming a more participatory, versatile and even ambitious school.

It is important that the topics dealt with within the Technical Council space are purely educational and that they provide the necessary tools so that teachers can implement strategies that improve the effectiveness of the group, the school and, therefore, education. Although it is worth mentioning that although there is little time allocated to the Technical Council many times this is not used effectively because much of it is intended to comply with administrative aspects that are requested.

It is functional to work collaboratively with the pairs of degrees since, when found at the same level, the strategies that are shared are viable to put into practice, having good results not only benefits the groups, but if everyone puts it into practice result in the end is productive for the institution in general, because the work done is reflected in the results and thus the effectiveness of the school is improving.

If the teacher could understand the importance of the work done collaboratively you can see the potential that can be and that from this can obtain better learning results in students, if you understand social participation as an element that has effects both individually and institutionally and can use the evaluation as a tool for continuous improvement and not as an enemy would be achieving the purpose of the Technical Council.

All the contributions made within the Technical Council and with a clear purpose are productive at the time of working in the classrooms, since many of the suggestions made by the classmates have already been put into practice beforehand and they have noticed those weaknesses that require improvements in the strategies or activities they propose, so that by implementing them now the results may be better.
Starting to work collaboratively in the Technical Councils can provide great results for the benefit of the education of students, it would be contradictory to want students to develop this type of work in the classroom and that teachers resist to put it into practice with their own companions.

Collaborative work is an opportunity to improve teaching practice and at the same time efficiency in education, although to achieve this a long journey is required and part of this is the work that the teacher performs; so their commitment is vital and even more so their responsibility in fulfilling and achieving the desired learning achieved in the students.
